Shipping Address Format & Required Information

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order.

  • Phone number (required for delivery coordination)
  • Email address (required for shipping updates and notifications)

Incomplete or incorrect address details may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or returned shipments.

Shipping Methods

To ensure transparency and a smooth delivery experience, we offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is carried out via national postal services in the destination country.

  • Delivery is performed door-to-door to the recipient’s address.
  • If the recipient is not available, the parcel may be left in the mailbox (where permitted) or redirected to the local post office.
  • If the package is not received within the final delivery timeframe, the customer must contact the local postal service with the tracking number to request re-delivery or pickup.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is a priority courier service provided via DHL, FedEx, Nova Global-USPS, and Nova Post-USPS.

  • Delivery is performed door-to-door to the recipient’s address.
  • Up to three delivery attempts may be made if the courier cannot reach the recipient.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the courier’s local service point.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

  • Use the universal tracking service https://www.17track.net
  • Track directly on the carrier’s website (DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Nova Post)

If a Package Is Lost

  • Contact us directly to review the shipment.
  • Submit a lost package claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Wait for the carrier’s investigation (7–30 business days).

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
